The Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck course provided by Men At Work Training & Assessment informs participants about the skills and knowledge required to operate a forklift. The unit of competency delivered is based on the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High Risk Work.
Participants will gain the skills and knowledge required to check forklift condition, drive the forklift to fulfill operational requirements, monitor site conditions and monitor and maintain forklift performance.
Learning Live is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and as such, we are responsible for the quality of the training and assessment in compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015, and for the issuance of AQF certification documentation.

On Completion | Upon successful completion participants will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment and an application for a SafeWork NSW High Risk Work Licence. *Note, there is a fee for this licence and this is payable by you, fees can be located here. |
Applying for a High Risk Work Licence | The assessor will have the application forms ready after participants have successfully completed their training and assessment. Successful participants will then take those forms to their nearest Australia Post office as well as 100 points of identification. Participants will also need to bring with them a passport sized and quality photo of themselves with their name and date of birth printed on the back. Application fees are detailed at safework.nsw.gov.au. |
