COURSE

Conduct roller operations

This course provides candidates with the skills, knowledge and a nationally recognised qualification to operate a roller on a building or civil construction site. This is also a popular qualification for those working in site-based roles within transportation, mining or agricultural industries.

A road roller (also known as roller-compactor, or just roller) is a compactor type vehicle used to compact soil, gravel, concrete or asphalt when constructing road infrastructure. Rollers can also be used at landfills or for agricultural purposes.

Load shifting equipment (except for forklift) no longer require a licence, however operators must still demonstrate competency and this course will provide this competency.
